Race scoring for the 8K in-person events will be done by Run Houston Timing. This is a USATF 2022 Sanctioned Event.

Adopt a Walker from The Center for Pursuit! Support the participation of residents from The Center for Pursuit by paying for a resident to join the 1-Mile Walk. The cost is $25 per walker, which also includes a Fun Run t-shirt for the resident, race packet and the opportunity to win prizes. Adopt a Walker online or check the appropriate box on the individual or team entry form.

14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+; overall M/F (Open, Masters 40-49, Veterans 50+); 8K Wheelchair: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place M/F.
Team: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the following categories:
Men's Open; Women's Open; Coed; Masters (40 years and older) Men's, Women's, and Coed.
Traveling President’s Trophy: 1st Place 8K Team where 1 runner is an attorney from a law firm or corporation.
Law School Traveling Trophy: 1st Place All-Student 8K Team from the same Houston law school.
No duplication of awards (1-Mile Family Walk and the Virtual 8K is noncompetitive)

One hundred percent of your entry fee for the HBA John J. Eikenburg Law Week Fun Run is contributed directly to The Center for Pursuit and helps support a variety of programs designed to provide education, job training, socialization, community living, and health care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
