THE CENTER, a private, non-profit corporation, is a United Way agency dedicated to offering people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to reach their full potential and to contribute to their community. One hundred percent of your entry fee for the John J. Eikenburg Law Week Fun Run is contributed directly to THE CENTER and helps support a variety of programs designed to provide education, job training, socialization, community living, and health care for people with intellectual disabilities.
Since 1986, the Houston Bar Association has raised over $1 Million for THE CENTER. Please join us in continuing to support this worthwhile cause by participating in the 8K race, the 1K children's run or the 1-mile family walk.
If you are unable to participate in an event, please consider supporting THE CENTER by purchasing a T-shirt, or by simply making a tax deductible donation, all of which can be accomplished by completing and mailing the individual or team entry form to the Houston Bar Association, 1111 Bagby, FLB 200, Houston, Texas 77002. Make checks payable to Houston Bar Foundation.
