The LIVE ON foundation has been created in effort to bring awareness and continued support for patients suffering from vascular disease, as well as their family members and friends who provided care while undergoing care and treatment for vascular disease. LIVE ON has been established to increase awareness of the debilitating diseases stemming from vascular conditions, and to develop research surrounding prevention and treatment for vascular disease.
