START 7:15am! Kids run starts at 8:15am. LOCATION: Downtown Aquarium

Hosted by: Runner's High Club --- Benefit: World Parrot Trust Fund
Please no baby strollers or wheeled vehicles(insurance restrictions) 5K run/walk okay Kids run.
Need volunteers to work registration, August 8th, 3pm-6pm and race day! email gmulvihill@aol.com if you can volunteer.

PACKET PICKUP AND REGISTRATION:
Saturday, August 4th, Beck's Prime @ Memorial Park location -9am-noon
AVOID LONG LINES ON RACE DAY! 1st 525 participants picking up packet receive a race tech tank!(tanks ordered several weeks prior to event).

Friday, August  10th, Downtown Aquarium(park in front) -3pm-6pm

Race day: Downtown Aquarium 6:15AM-7:15AM(race site)

COST: 5K/$27  $30 after August 5,   $35 Race day(6am-7:15am)  
Kds $15

PARKING: FREE @ Downtown Aquarium(back lot)

RACE SHIRT: first 525 to pickup packet receive a shirt!  Sizes not guaranteed(ordered several weeks before race day)

LOCATION: Downtown Aquarium is located at the corner of Bagby & Memorial Dr.

TIMING and RESULTS: by Run Wild Sports Timing using the disposal tag distributed at packet pickup. Go to www.EZToRegister.com for results(posted Race day morning).

COURSE: start/finish on Memorial dr. in front of the Downtown Aquarium. Out/back course on Memorial dr.

AWARDS: Overall Male & Female winners; Overall Master Male & Female winners; Male & Female 5 year age groups 14 and under through 70+. Awards start before 9:00am

RUNNER'S HIGH CLUB: Consider training for the Houston marathon with us. Marathon and Half marathon programs start August 4th, 2018 7am @ Memorial Park stretching area. www.runnershighclub.com for more information- Beginners welcome!
Participants under 18 must have a waiver statement signed by a parent or guardian. Signed waivers may be brought in on race-day.
