Get ready to lace up your sneakers—or your superhero boots—for a morning of fun, fitness, and making a difference at the East Texas CASA Superhero 5K & Fun Run! This annual fundraiser directly supports East Texas CASA and the dedicated volunteer advocates who stand beside children navigating the foster care system in Gregg, Rusk, and Upshur counties.

Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or simply a fan of sleep and superheroes, there’s a way for everyone to join in:

🏃‍♂️ 5K Run Perfect for runners looking for a timed challenge. The route is open to all ages and abilities, with plenty of encouragement along the way.

👟 Fun Run Great for kids, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy the fun at their own pace. A shorter course with the same big impact!

😴 Sleep-In Hero Option Want to support CASA but prefer to cheer us on from bed? Register as a Sleep-In Hero and get all the good vibes (and a swag bag!)—no running required.

Costumes are highly encouraged cape or no cape, everyone has the power to change a child’s story. Come dressed as your favorite superhero or create your own!
