A multicultural, interfaith event supporting the new Collin County NeighborHub at McKinney! Join us in giving our most vulnerable neighbors the essential services they need in one central location. The Collin County NeighborHub at McKinney will be the first collaboration of non-profit organizations in Collin County coming together to provide comprehensive services to address hunger, homelessness, health, hygiene, education, centralized case management, and other essential needs... Under one roof!

 

Our Interfaith Spring Festival will include a band, food truck, balloon making, cotton candy, photo booth, games and more. Whether you are a jack rabbit or a tortoise, all fitness levels are welcome!

  • 5K Run for Hope: Registration includes a chip timed bib and a t-shirt
  • 1 Mile Walk in Unity: Registration is untimed and includes a t-shirt
  • 1 Mile Walk in Unity: Registration is untimed and does not include a t-shirt

Event Schedule

7:30-8:30 AM: Packet pick-up at Towne Lake near start

8:00 AM: Interfaith Spring Festival begins

8:30 AM: Welcome! Opening remarks

9:00 AM: 5K Run for Hope starts

10:00 AM: 1-mile Unity Walk

10:30 AM: Awards ceremony

12:00 PM: Event concludes

Parking for all attendees and participants will be at the adjacent McKinney High School Parking lot north of the Towne Lake park.

Awards

5K medals for top 3 male runners and top 3 female runners.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Our race is scheduled to proceed rain, shine, snow or cold. However, the safety of our participants and volunteers is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, such as lightning, a tornado warning, or other hazardous conditions, the race may be delayed or canceled at the discretion of the organizers. Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations. Your race donation will still go directly to support the Collin County NeighborHub at McKinney and its core tenants.
