Club Spinistry Permanent Numbers

This is a program in process and details will definitely evolve as the Covid-19 pandemic affects our world.

Club membership puts people under our insurance for member only events and rides. This allows us the flexibility to put together less formal rides that still allow folks to enjoy a day on their bikes. We recognize that social distancing will be a part of our lives for the foreseeable future. By using permanent number plates club members will be able to show up to rides/events without the requirement for in person contact at check in.

Most of these rides will likely be more of a time trial format instead of mass start. The permanent number plate includes timing chips which will be registered at both the start and finish of your ride to compute your individual time. This allows people to start more spread out instead of shoulder to shoulder and cheek to cheek like traditional mass start events.

We currently are planning to have our first Club ride under this format on 3/28. Routes and venue TBD but it will be in or very near to DFW. Current Club Spinistry members will have the price discounted down to $5 at checkout. This will cover our costs for plate/chips/postage. The full price will include a 12 month Club Spinistry membership for new members.
