IM70.3/140.6 Swim Success Bundle

IM 70.3/140.6 Swim Success Bundle (Feb 1 & Feb 28)

Targeting Little Elm 70.3, Galveston 70.3, or IM Texas 140.6?
Stop "fighting" the water and start your race with a calm, efficient stroke.
This two-part series is the ultimate "bridge" from pool technique to open-water mastery.

Swim Clinic Goal:

The ultimate "Bridge" program to move you from figuring things out, giving you technical pool drills to practice for maximum to open-water confidence.

This comprehensive two-part series is designed for long-course athletes who want to stop "fighting" the water and start their race with a calm, efficient stroke. With a month between phases you get to put into practice what you learn and be race ready with full race simulation practice swim.

What Makes Our Clinics Different?

  • Pro Coaching in Every Lane: We maintain a low athlete-to-coach ratio (1 coach per lane) plus a floating lead coach to ensure you get personalized technical feedback on every lap.

  • A Proven Path: Phase 1 fixes your "leaks," and Phase 2 puts your new skills to the test in a race-simulated environment.

Phase 1: Technical Mastery (Pool - Feb 1st)

We strip down your stroke to find and fix inefficiencies that waste energy. You’ll leave with a 4-week practice plan to reinforce these new habits before we hit the lake.

Phase 2: Race Simulation (Lake - Feb 28th)

Put your technique to the test at Walter E. Long Lake. This session includes cold-water tips and a supported 1,000yd or 1.2-mile practice swim.

The Result to Expect

Our athletes report significantly lower race-morning anxiety, achieve swim cut off or have PR's on the swim and have more energy for the bike and run. Bonus - they make make new friends to train with and connect on race day.

Requirement: For long-course athletes ready for race-specific training. Minimum continuous swim capacity: 100 yds (pool) / 100 yds (OWS).

Save over $25+ when you bundle both sessions!
