Swim Clinic for Level 1 & 2 Triathletes & Endurance Swimmers.

- Experienced triathletes seeking technique refinement and next-level performance in the swim!
Welcome to our New Triathlete/OWS Swim Clinic Registration Page!
Whether you're a Level 1 beginner triathlete or preparing for your first pool or open water triathlon, or a Level 2 triathlete needing form and sighting corrections for open water races, our immersive experience will help reduce your open water and race day fears. Our dedicated and experienced licensed coaches will guide you through stroke technique, open water tactics, and triathlon swim race preparation in a supportive environment.
Please note that the clinic is limited to 20 participants, ensuring personalized attention and guidance from our coaches and instructors. This is not a learn-to-swim clinic, and participants must be able to swim 25 yards continuously.
During the clinic, you'll participate in a hands-on, active class in the water, practicing drills and techniques to improve your swimming.
The Clinic Includes:
- Out of Water Stretching/Warm Up
- Guided in-water presentation
- Stroke technique and form correction
- Open water tactics and sighting correction
- Triathlon swim race preparation tips
What to Bring:
- Swim apparel recommendations: a one piece bathing suit for females and form fitting swim trunks for males (Speedo, TYR or tri shorts) (you won’t want to wear anything baggy that would become drag in the water)
- Swim goggles
- Swim cap
- Flip flops or other shoes that you don’t mind getting wet
- Towel
- Kickboard/Buoy/Fins if you have
- Water bottle
- Small snack
Schedule
- Arrive by 2:15 and meet at Lane 1 in Aquatics Center
- 2:30 Dryland Swim warm up
- 2:45 - 3:30 Swim Time
- 3:45 - 4:00 Wet suit demo, race day setup & wrap up
