4 Programs to choose from: 10K, Half Marathon Intervals, Half Marathon & Full Marathon.
Take on the 10K: Completed a 5K and looking to step up to the next level? Our program can help get you there. Runners should be able to comfortably run or run/walk 3 miles by the program start.
Let's Interval 13.1: Looking to complete your first Half? Our program uses a proven method of run/walk intervals to help you meet a goal of crossing the finish line. Runners should be able to comfortably run or run/walk 3 miles by the program start.
Let's Run 13.1: Are you Half-Crazy? Our Half-Marathon training is our most popular program and has helped hundreds of runners cross the finish line. Runners should be able to comfortably run 3 miles by the program start.
You Can Do 26.2: Up for a big challenge? Our Full Marathon training has helped runners of all paces tackle this distance. Runners should be able to comfortably run 6 miles by the program start.
Weekly Group Runs on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Free pre-season base builder program begins in July.
Program officially starts Saturday, August 15, 2020, 7am at McAllistor Park, Pavilion #2
Flexible weekly training schedules created by SARR RRCA certified Coaches.
Packet Pickup: Saturday, Aug 8th at the Alamo Beer Run; other dates TBA.
Register by June 30th to receive a shirt on Aug 8th.
Weekly coaches email and Facebook group (optional) for sharing information, running education, and team photos.
Includes SARR Training Team shirt.
