19th Walk/Run for Families in Crisis, a virtual event benefiting the Lee & Beulah Moor Children's Home

Join the Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home for our 19th Annual Walk/Run for Families in Crisis on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 8 a.m.! Participate with friends and family in a 5K competitive run or walk one mile for a good cause. All proceeds from this event directly benefit the children and families we serve and help cover the cost of meals we provide for them throughout the year.

As we closely monitor the CDC-recommended safety guidelines over COVID-19, we will announce a location -(whether physical or virtual) at a later date. Last year was our first time hosting our event online, and we were so grateful to see participants still enjoy themselves from their respective running/walking places! Regardless of the location, there will be fun, friendly competition and great memories!

The first 300 people to register will receive 19th Annual Walk/Run for Families in Crisis T-shirts. You can participate as an individual or as a team. (There must be a minimum of 10 members per team in order to pay the reduced entry fee.) We strongly encourage teams and individuals to follow the city’s COVID-19 safety guidelines in regards to social distancing or other measures effective on May 22. Under 11, 11-14, 15-19,  20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
40-44, 45-49,  50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES:

$20 before May 9
$25 after May 9
$25 race day
$15 for military and students before May 9
$20 for military and students after May 9

TEAM ENTRY FEES:

Team entry fees (minimum 10 members per team, first 9 to register pay regular price then receive a $5 refund once the 10th team member registers):
$15 for each member before May 9
$18 for each member after May 9
