CLEAR BAGS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE BAG CHECK AREAS!
- At the expo, runners will be provided with a clear drawstring bag. This bag will be what you will utilize to check in your bag in the bag check area

- The bag check tear-off tag that is on your bib must be pinned to your bag. Your bag will not be accepted without your number pinned to your bag

Post race, you will retrieve your bag in the post-finish area in the bag check tent
Due to the nature of the course and the safety of all participants, volunteers, residents, and race personnel, there will be a strictly enforced maximum pace of 15 min/mile. A vehicle will follow the last runners and pick up anyone slower than the 15 min/mile pace. This pace is for both the half and full marathons.
The Half Marathon Finish Line will close at 11 AM (4 hours after the gun start), and given that the last half marathon runner’s actual start time will be later, the runner will still be permitted up to a maximum pace of 15 min/mile (3hrs and 30 mins afterwards), so, for example, if the last runner were to start at 7:30 am, that runner would have 3hrs and 30 mins afterwards until 11 am to finish.
The Full Marathon Finish Line will close at 1:30 PM (6h 30min after the start).
Anyone still on the course after these times may be picked up by the trail vehicle and brought to the finish line and their bib numbers might be marked as DNF (Did Not Finish). These participants will still be able to get the post-race refreshments and swag.
