Día de los Muertos 5K Run and Walk

The Wasatch Trails Collective (WTC) and Latino Outdoors Salt Lake City (LOSLC) invite you to our inaugural Día de los Muertos 5K Run and Walk on November 2nd, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., at the Tracy Aviary’s Nature Center at Pia Okwai. This vibrant event celebrates culture and community while raising crucial funds for Comunidades Unidas (CU). CU is a local non-profit organization that provides direct social services and community organizing opportunities to the Latinx and immigrant communities of Utah, allowing them to prosper and use their power in favor of their collective interests. COST: $20 per Participant (notice the final amount at checkout)

IF YOU REGISTER BY OCTOBER 20TH, YOU WILL RECIEVE A RACE TSHIRT (THANKS TO SAGA COMPANY!!)

Please bring a flashlight or headlamp in case it gets dark during the event. We’re excited to welcome everyone, and the trail is designed to be accessible for all abilities, including those who use wheels (e.g., strollers, wheelchairs, walkers). Wasatch Trails Collective (WTC) y Latino Outdoors Salt Lake City (LOSLC), les invitan a nuestra caminata/carrera inaugural de 5 km celebrando el Día de los Muertos este 2 de noviembre de 5:30pm a 9 pm en el Centro de Naturaleza Tracy Aviary en Pia Okwai. Este vibrante evento celebra la cultura de esta festividad y a la comunidad Latine mientras recaudamos fondos para la organizacion Comunidades Unidas (CU). CU es una organización local sin fines de lucro que brinda servicios sociales directos y oportunidades de organización comunitaria a las comunidades latinas e inmigrantes de Utah, permitiéndoles prosperar y usar su poder a favor de sus intereses colectivos.
