Frosty 5K and Jingle Bell Mile

Let's run together on Christmas Eve!

The Frosty 5K is the final race in the RunAbout Race Series. The 20th annual Frosty 5K takes place behind the Food Lion Grocery Store on North Main Street in Blacksburg, with the majority of the race run on roads and paved bike paths. The race has a fast 1st mile and a challenging last mile to help burn those holiday calories! Every mile is marked with water available at mile two and a variety of snacks at the finish. Every 5k participant is guaranteed a long-sleeve shirt with registration before 12/14! Extra shirts will be ordered, however, there is no guarantee for signups after 12/14. This race always has great door prizes!

Location: Start and finish are located BEHIND the Food Lion Grocery store on North Main Street in Blacksburg. The best place to park is at the shopping center and then walk behind the shopping center, up the hill to the soccer field. The field is also by the Hunter Ridge Apartments.

Overall and age group awards will be given.
Age groups: < 13, 13-15, 16-17, 18-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-60, 61+

Packet Pickup at RunAbout Sports (Dec 23rd): 4 pm-8 pm
Packet Pickup at Race: 11:30 am-12:30 pm
Jingle Bell 1 Mile Fun Run Start: 12:30 pm (free if use promo code AdjustNRV)
Frosty 5K Start: 1:00 pm
Awards and Raffle: 2:15

The price for 5K is $28.00 and includes a long-sleeved shirt. $30.00 after 12/14-12/23. Race day registration is $35.00 (if no shirt is available then $30) Jingle Bell 1 Mile Fun Run presented by Adjust NRV is free with promo code AdjustNRV... otherwise, it is $5.00 - so use the code!  No shirt with Fun Run but can order one.
