Dismal Swamp Trail
Course Information:
5 Miler: A 2.5-mile out and back course on the closed 2-lane roadway at the Dismal Swamp Trail Park in Chesapeake.
1 Miler: A .5 miles out and back on the same trail
Start Times
5 Miler: 8:00 AM (Course will close at 10:30 AM)
1 Miler: 9:30 AM
Hydration:
1 aid station with water will be located will be at 2.5 miles (the turn-around).

Location: Parking Lot—near the Starting Line
Time: Beginning 7:0 AM — Race Morning

5 Miler Awards:
- Top 3 Overall Male and Female
- Top 3 Male and Female in 10-year age groups
1 Mile Awards:
- Top 3 Overall Male and Female
- Top 3 Male and Female in the following:
- Age 6 & under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13 & up
