OVERVIEW:

8:30AM start for everyone
Distance Options:
- 5 Mile
- 10 Mile
- 15 Mile — This distance qualifies for the Hampton Roads Super Grand Prix.
Race takes place throughout the beautiful and scenic Fort Monroe, in Hampton, Va.
For Strider Grand Prix Participants:
The 10 and 15 milers are part of the Tidewater Striders Grand Prix
Packet Pickup Information
Early packet pickup is on Friday, February 6 from 4 to 6 PM at Running Etc. Hilltop, 1940 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach
Race Day Packet Pickup:
Location: Outside by the Striders tent and the start/finish line from 7:15 to 8:20 AM
Post-Race Party:
Location: Paradise Ocean Club
490 Fenwick Road, Fort Monroe 23651
The Club is about 3/4 mile from the start/finish line
Time: 10:15 AM - 1:00 PM
Participants will be treated to hamburgers, hot dogs, beans, chips and beer.
Course Information
A gorgeous scenic course which will take you over the moat bridge and loop inside the inner Fort.
Continue off base and over the Mercury Blvd. Bridge and then back to the base with more scenic views of the base and coastline.
5 miles = 1 loop
10 miles = 2 loops
15 miles = 3 loops
Notice: Finish line closure is based on a 15 minute per mile and will close at 12:15 pm. All Participants will start at 8:30 am
