Event Description
Welcome to the St. Patrick 5K &1 Mile Run! Lace up your running shoes and get ready for a fun-filled day at Wilderness Run Vineyards. Join us for a scenic run through the vineyards and celebrate the start of spring with fellow runners. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a good time, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Walkers are welcome to attend this event.
A food truck and live music will be available after the event! Runners over 21 receive a drink ticket for (1) Glass of Beer from 1781 Brewing OR (1) Glass of Wine from Wilderness Run Vineyards. We will also have a 50/50 raffle with the drawing to occur during the awards ceremony. Proceeds benefit St. Patrick School.

This is a cross country type trail run with hills throughout the route. 1 Mile and 5K trail maps can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
Awards
FOR THE 1 MILE FUN RUN: Only runners 13 and under are eligable to win awards in the 1 mile fun run. We will award the top 3 boys and girls overall during our awards ceremony after the completion of the 5K race.
We also award the 1st-3rd place Male and Female in these categories: 13-11, 10 &Under. Runners who place top 3 overall in their race are not eligible to also win their age groups.
FOR THE 5K: We will award the top 3 men and women overall during our awards ceremony post-race.
We also award the 1st-3rd place Male and Female in these categories: 13 &Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+. Runners who place top 3 overall in their race are not eligible to also win their age groups.
Water Stations
There will be 1 water station along the 5K route at approximately mile marker 1.5. Water stations are subject to change as deemed necessary.
Restrooms
Port-a-johns will be on site near the registration
Weather Policy
This is an all-weather race (rain or shine or sleet or snow). We will email registered runners and post on social media if the race is cancelled, but this will only be due to extreme weather, otherwise assume the race is taking place as scheduled.

The race starts and ends in Wilderness Run Vineyards/1781 Brewing Company (11109 Plank Rd, Spotsylvania, VA 22553). Parking is on-site.
