Mighty Sprinters (Kids 3ys - 10 yrs old ) (Race + Practice with Growth Mindset) Tuesdays & Thursdays

Going Strong since 2020! The ONLY kids Running and Fitness Program in Manassas based on non-competitive, self improvement, positive encouragement, and overall FUN TIMES! The program is for 3 - 10 years old and development is provided through the Power of Play!

Mighty Sprinters LLC (www.MightySprinters.com) is a Fall and Spring multi week program that combines Growth Mindset principles such as Grit, Determination, Not Giving Up, Respect, and Positive Self Talk alongside Running Techniques. 

• Practice (Tuesday) - Each Practice has a DIFFERENT Growth Mindset (c) Theme.
• Race (Thursday) - Distances are dependent on the age of the child as of Sept 1, 2023.

Mighty Sprinters Program Dates: 

Option 1: Mighty Sprinters LLC ~ 6 week Program - (Dates: April 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27, and May 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, and 18)

Option 2: Mighty Sprinters LLC ~ APRIL - 3 week Program - (Dates: April 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27)

Option 3: Mighty Sprinters LLC ~ MAY - 3 week Program - (Dates: May 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, and 18)
