Thank you for joining us for the Lime Connect Century Ride. This annual ride brings together passionate riders and supporters for a scenic ride for a great cause: forging a pathway to success in the corporate workplace for students and professionals – including veterans – with disabilities. All levels of riders are welcome!
In 2021, we are planning our traditional in-person ride for Saturday, October 9th where hundreds of cyclists will ride up to 100 miles along the suburban streets, rural backroads, and rail trails of beautiful Northern Virginia. In addition, based on overwhelmingly positive reviews from riders of the all virtual 2020 Lime Connect Ride, we are bringing back the virtual ride where participants set their own mileage goal and strive to hit that goal over one big epic ride or over multiple rides during the monthlong period, from 9/9-10/9. And, new for 2021 - the 'Anything Goes' Virtual Challenge where participants set their own mileage goal and use any method of travel (run, walk, roll, row, etc.) to achieve that goal, over multiple efforts, from 9/9-10/9.
Anyone that signs up for the in-person ride will be automatically registered for the virtual ride, however, riding virtually is completely optional for in-person riders. Those not able to attend the in-person ride can sign up for the virtual ride only. Either way, participating in-person and/or virtually is an awesome opportunity to ride more and to further rebrand disability through achievement.
We are incredibly excited about this year's ride and eagerly anticipate gathering again in-person and virtually. We hope you will join us!
