No matter where you are in the world, you can run, walk, or trot at your own pace and showcase the strength, endurance, and energy of a plant-based lifestyle.

📅 Dates: Monday, November 23 – Sunday, November 29, 2026
🏃 Distance: 5K / 3.1 miles
🌎 Location: Anywhere! Participate from your favorite park, trail, neighborhood, treadmill, or wherever you love to move.

How to Join

Register Online: Sign up as an individual or create a team with your plant-based crew.

Choose Your Route: Map out a 5K course that works for you.

Race & Record: Complete your 5K anytime between November 23 and November 29 and use your favorite fitness-tracking app to record your race.

Submit Your Time: Once you've completed your 5K, submit your time to our leaderboard.

Celebrate & Share: Share your race experience on social media using #TeamTitansTofurkyTrot2026 and don’t forget to tag us!
