Run the Vineyards Williams Gap 5K

RUN (or Walk) FOR WINE at Run the Vineyard's newest destination - Williams Gap Vineyard! Beautiful race through this amazing vineyard before finishing in the tasting room and outdoor deck featuring wine, live music, food vendor, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The Run (or Walk)

• Chip timed 5K with instant results. Race starts at 9 AM.

• Awards for Top 3 Female/Males Overall and Age Group Winners (ages 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs.)

• Well marked course and friendly volunteers

• Cross country style through the scenic vineyard - Course Map: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/2613813 

• Water Stations at midway point and finish line. Bananas at finish also.

• 5K Walkers start behind runners.  1hr & 15 minute time limit please.

The Fun:

• Complimentary glass of wine for all participants (over 21) Additional wine available for purchase.

• Live music presented by Spike Burton Music immediately after race until 12 noon.

• Bilstads Beignets food truck with delicious food options on site.

Check-In Options:

1. Oct 11, Friday Evening 4-6pm (optional) at Potomac River Running, located at 1601 Village Market Blvd in Leesburg, VA

2. Oct 12 Saturday Race Day Morning 7:30-8:30am at Williams Gap Winery at the "Good Day for a Run” tent. Runners and walkers need to check-in between 7:30 - 8:30 AM to receive race items and listen to race announcements.
