It's Pride Month. So let's get out there and show our pride and allyship of the LGBTQ+ community while staying active.
This virtual challenge can be completed all at once or you can break it up and reach your mileage goal throughout the month. You do what's most comfortable to you. This race is about celebrating and honoring the community that we are part of and those that gave us the ability to have Pride month.
You can work on your goal individually or with a group (safely). And if you want to reach that goal as part of the larger community, RunAbout Roanoke's Pub Runs will benefit the Rainbow Run and the RDC during the month of June. The Pub Runs take place every Wednesdays starting at 6:30pm at Olde Salem Brewing Company. Come out, support a local non-profit, a local business and a community. (Please follow COVID safety rules and protocols)
The proceeds of this race will benefit the Roanoke Diversity Center, who is organizing it. So we would like to say a warm thank to our sponsor, RunAbout Roanoke. And we thank YOU for participating and for supporting our center and community.
