Frozen Sole Fifty Virtual Challenge

Join Sole Focus Running in a challenge that is meant to get you out the door during the coldest and shortest days of the year! This is a one mile a day for fifty consecutive days challenge. This is a great challenge for runners and walkers of all levels and even the fur babies too! Just get out the door, do that mile and see where it takes you! Lace up, layer up and let's go!

How it works:

• Run, walk or hike a mile a day on any surface for fifty days!
• Treadmills allowed.
• To log your activity, come back to this event page on RunSingUp, click on Results, select your name from the list and then select Log Activities
• At the end of the challenge, swing by Sole Focus Running, show us your finisher certificate and we will punch your punch card (or create a new one)

For those who don't know us: we are an independent/woman owned running retailer in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We opened our doors in Staunton, VA in the summer of 2016 and will have a second location in Harrisonburg, VA before this challenge is over! The punch card is our loyalty program where we punch your card for every shoe purchase and that gets you $30 off your 4th pair of shoes, so yay! Complete this challenge for a free punch (an average of $145 value!). We hope this challenge is motivation to either create new healthy habits or encourage some easy walk days between those hard workouts.
