Prepare water and energy drink for self-serve aid station. Replenish as necessary. Cheer for and encourage participants! Clean area and water stop supplies when done and pickup cups for disposal. Helpful Set up / Clean up instructions provided in the Water Station supply kit.

Location

Water station 1 is located on the South side of Perdido Beach Blvd. near the intersection of Caribe Road, where the runners come off the pass to make the turn under the pass.

Directing finishing racers to the next road for the finish.

Experienced cyclist to lead the half marathon participants on the half marathon course. Responsibilities include asking other participants to move to the side to allow you and the lead runner to pass safely.

5K Lead Biker

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

The 5k Designated Last Place Finisher will be the last person to complete the 5k Course.

Half Marathon Turnaround Counter High Priority

Details

Responsible for using a mobile app to enter bib numbers of half marathoners as they pass the turnaround point- this app communicates easily with our timer to verify all made the turn.

Located on Perdido Beach Blvd. at the half marathon turnaround point at Flora-Bama.

Parking Attendant High Priority

Details

Traffic Management:

Directing incoming traffic to designated parking areas.
Ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles within the parking
Guiding attendees to available parking spaces.
Assisting in maximizing parking capacity without compromising safety.

Welcome Center
