If you choose Day of Event, please let us know if you have a preference as to which area you want to work. Once we receive your response, we will provide further details via email about your assigned area and other event information.

Help us get ready for the 5K before the participants arrive! All volunteers will receive free breakfast and coffee/juice! You can also stay and volunteer in a different area later.

Help us break down the 5K once it is finished! You will take down tables, canopy's and load boxes into our van.
