Help unload truck, set up podium, truss & backdrop, Truss sticks and signage at the finish line area, set up sponsor flags, set up hurdle barriers and tape if available. Help with any sponsor load in and set up.

Set up from 4pm 5:30pm
Tear down 9:30-10pm

Athlete Check in High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help either at the front desk for check in, or with hip numbers when checking in for their race

For all races: 5:00 pm - 9:15 pm

Runner Traffic coordination High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

There are 2 gate locations and one location at the last tent before the finish. Making sure all traffic is going the right direction, and not going back through the finish line

For all races: 6:00 pm - 9:15 pm

Runner Concierge / Awards Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Handing out ribbons to all youth finishers, and medals to Teri Leiker finishers

For all races: 6:00 pm - 9:15 pm

Clerk High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Check athletes are there, bring athletes down to the starting area where we can introduce them to the crowd

For all races: 6:00 pm - 9:15 pm

VIP Tent Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Elite athletes can hang out at separate tent, there will be goodie bags, and drinks. Watch stuff so no one else bothers athletes or takes their stuff
