Support media, social media, flyers and physical signage for the event and for Race Day; and oversee race gear t-shirts creation with vendor.

Kids Race

Details

Organize three races (100, 400 and 1600 meter races) and activities for grades PK-5 (such as Inflatable Obstacle Course) at Weston High School track.

Registrations

At least 20 more volunteers needed.

Details

Handle online and walk-in runner registrations, run/walk distribution tables before and on Race Day, and registrant lists for race start with Super Race System professionals.

Town Logistics

At least 20 more volunteers needed.

Details

Coordinate with Weston and multi-town authorities race requirements, security, clearances, and cleanup.

Awards

Oversee ordering and organizing the awards, gifts, and awards ceremonies and distribution on Race Day.
