Finish Line Volunteers

Hand out finisher medals to participants at the finish line

Water Station helpers

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help setup and distribute water at the halfway point of the 5K. Please arrive around 8:30 to be prepared for a 9 am start. Bag all trash after we notify you of the last runner (usually no later than 9:30)

Race Day Set-up

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Please arrive no later than 7 am to help set up tables, tents, and registration area, you will be finished in time to run/walk the race if desired (finished by 8;45 am)

Race Day take down/ clean up

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Following completion of the race and final ceremonies (around 10 am) help take down tables, tents, remove trash, etc. You should be finished by 11:30 am- you have the option to participate in the race as well

All day volunteer

Minimum met.

Details

Help out as needed from 6-11 am (can include setup/takedown, checking the course on a golf cart, other miscellaneous tasks)
