Race Volunteers & Staff

Florida Tech Volunteer

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This is for Volunteers from Florida Tech ONLY.
Volunteers will complete a multitude of tasks including Racecourse Setup, Water Stops, Awards, Refreshments, Photo Ops and Cleanup.

For Florida Tech Volunteers, your tasks will be assigned by Ja'nye Columna.

Location

Volunteers will report to the KSC Visitor Complex, clear KSC-VC Security and ride the Bus to the LLF Runway.

Civil Air Patrol Volunteer

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This is for Volunteers from the Civil Air Patrol ONLY.
Volunteers will complete a multitude of tasks including Racecourse Setup, Water Stops, Awards, Refreshments, Photo Ops and Cleanup.

Location

Volunteers will report to the KSC Visitor Complex, clear KSC-VC Security and ride the Bus to the LLF Runway.

Beta Club Volunteer

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This is for Volunteers from the Beta Club ONLY.
Volunteers will complete a multitude of tasks including Racecourse Setup, Water Stops, Awards, Refreshments, Photo Ops and Cleanup.

Location

Volunteers will report to the KSC Visitor Complex, clear KSC-VC Security and ride the Bus to the LLF Runway.

American Cancer Society Volunteer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This is for all other Volunteers with the American Cancer Society ONLY.
Volunteers will complete a multitude of tasks including Racecourse Setup, Water Stops, Awards, Refreshments, Photo Ops and Cleanup.

Location

Volunteers will report to the KSC Visitor Complex, clear KSC-VC Security and ride the Bus to the LLF Runway.

Runner's High Staff (Non-Badged)

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This should only be used for Staff of The Running Elements or Runner's High Race Management that will not be badged for NASA access and will need to take the Bus from the KSC VC to the LLF Runway.

Vendors/Sponsors (Non-Badged)

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This should only be used for Vendors and Sponsors that will not be badged for NASA access and will need to take the Bus from the KSC VC to the LLF Runway.
