Want to help out? We need some volunteers to help ensure runners/walkers go the right way.
You need to be at the park by 8:00 and will be finished around 11:30.
You receive a shirt, and the great feeling of helping!!!

Packet Pick up

Details

assist with race day packet pick up.
handing out assigned shirts, bibs, assign correct shoe tags
and instructions.

Course Clean up

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

you will go out on the course (on foot) well behind the last participant and collect directional signs, K markers. further instructions given on race day.

Set up & Parking

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

first on the scene along with race crew you will be tasked with helping set up the packet pick up/refreshments area, then will help getting people parked (standing by side of road with bright vest on pointing where to go).
this task will last from approx 7:00am - 9:45a

Road Crossing Guard

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

1 or 2 people (18 yo and older) will remain at the Only road crossing for the duration of the event until ALL athletes are off the course.
You will wear an orange vest and stop park traffic as our runners go across the marked road crossing.
