Course Sweepers

25K Course Sweepers (Sunday) High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

FOR RUNNERS/HIKERS ONLY.

You must be able to run or fast hike 15 miles in under 8 hours.

Your job will be two-fold:
1) Ensure all runners progress through the course on time and safely. You are the "caboose". No runner ever gets behind you. When you reach an aid station, we know all runners are accounted for and the course is clear.

2) Remove 25K course markings as you move along so that we can leave no trace in the forest. You can leave the flags and ribbons at the aid stations.

50K Course Sweeper (Saturday) High Priority
