Help get the race area cleaned up after the race. We will need our strongest volunteers to help with bringing in equipment once the race concludes. Volunteer arrival time for this slot is 9:30am.

Course Monitor - Help to guide the racers along the course Low Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Help guide participants along the course, cheer them on and assist with community needs at key parts of the route. You will be assigned a specific spot where you are to be on the route to help direct the participants so they stay on track and safe along the route. Course placement will be given a week before event day so you know where to be ! Volunteer arrival time for this slot is 8am.

Starting Line Corral / Crowd Control / Finish Line Medium Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Content Capturer (Video) Volunteer Medium Priority

Help us tell our story! As a Content Capturer volunteer, you’ll attend the event and record short video clips that showcase the energy, mission, and special moments of the day. Footage may include event highlights, décor, activities, and brief candid moments of attendees (with guidance). No professional experience required—just a steady hand, a good eye, and enthusiasm for capturing meaningful moments.
