- loading vehicles
- collecting garbage

Course Marshaling

Course Marshaling High Priority

August 15, 2026

Details

Each volunteer receives (1) free voucher to an future Join The Fight event & FREE lunch

(2) people are assigned at each crossing. Their main jobs are:
- one person looks out for vehicle traffic both ways
- one person prepares racers to either STOP or GO depending on vehicle traffic
The 2 people work in unison together communicating with each other that racers are approaching and if so, to use their 18" hand held STOP/GO sign accordingly.

- N. Wheaton Rd. & Foote Dr
- Valley Highway & N. Wheaton Rd.
- M66 & Maple Grove Rd.
- W. Kinsel Hwy & Ionia Rd.

Parking Lots

Parking Lot Attendant High Priority

Each volunteer receives (1) free voucher to an future Join The Fight event

AL!VE is race headquarters, but there is NO parking for racers. This is an agreement Join The Fight has with AL!VE.

Need (2) people:
- verify the vehicle is racer, volunteer or AL!VE member
- volunteers and AL!VE members allow through to park
- RACERS: have them scan the QR code on the sandwich board to direct
them to Charlotte High School where there are hundreds of spots
