Course support will be more important than ever this year. Help cheer and direct race participants along the course, while also looking out for the safety of all.
-Arrive at 8:35am to check in and get your positions. You will want to make sure to arrive on time, so you can get to your station before the start of the race. Cheer for every participant and have fun with it!

Help set up the water and food for participants, as well as hand out refreshments post race, and assist with clean up.
-Arrive 15 minutes early to your post to be trained for your position. Be ready to rock and roll near the tunnel by 8:30am! Have fun!

Help distribute water to participants on the course. Arrive at 8:40am to get your volunteer shirt and check in.
When you get to the water station, the station will already be set up for you and ready to go. Make sure water cups are filled halfway, and laid across the table. Runners will grab their own cups as they go through. Place empty cups in the provided trash bags and leave them under the table for our clean up crew.
