Assign bibs to runners picking up packets race morning. While many runners will pick up on Friday, Saturday morning can get very busy with last-minute arrivals. Please arrive by 4:30 am to set up shirts and train your crew before the first buses leave at 5:00 am.

Details

Assist with bag drop operations by collecting, organizing, and distributing runners’ personal belongings before and after the race. Volunteers will sort bags by bib number and race distance, help unload incoming bags throughout the morning, and monitor the area to ensure runners’ belongings remain secure at all times.

Details

Support half marathon bag transportation operations by collecting runners’ clothing bags at the start line, organizing them by bib number, and transporting them to the finish area at TC Central High School. Volunteers will assist with loading and unloading bags, maintaining organization and security of personal belongings, and helping ensure runners can easily retrieve their items after the race.

Help create a welcoming and organized experience for Bayshore VIP participants by assisting with parking, guest check-in, and runner bag drop operations at the NMC Innovation Center. Volunteers will help manage participant bags, answer questions, and ensure the VIP area runs smoothly leading up to the race start.

Assist with course marshal operations along the Wenonah Splits segment by helping direct runners, managing local traffic access, and supporting safe movement through several key intersections along the course. Volunteers will meet the segment manager at East Bay Park at 6:30am for placement assignments, with shifts wrapping up as the race field thins out throughout the morning.

Your role will be to help with the flow of runners through this segment of the course, which has all three distances running through this area. Additionally keep spectators off the course: we have started to see spectators wanting to join friends to run the last couple of miles with them: remind them ‘only registered runners may be on the course’.
