Details

This role takes place outdoors and requires food prep for the after party! This is a smaller event, so the vibe will be casual and fun.

Time: 7:30am - 12pm

Location

This job takes place at the Hyalite Reservoir, but we will meet at the lower gate parking lot of Hyalite Canyon Rd. Race officials will shuttle you to the reservoir to start food prep before the runners arrive.

Race Day Packet Pickup High Priority

This position is outdoors, and includes race day packet pickup at the Grace Bible Church Parking lot (this is where runners will take a shuttle to Hyalite).

Time: 6:30am - 7:30am

Race Day Floaters Medium Priority

This position is diverse: setting up/tearing down race materials, running to grab some duct tape, etc.
