Confirm that the signs/banners have all the accurate information. Confirm that the yard signs are accurate.

Event Shirts High Priority

Details

Confirm we have the correct quantity of each shirt size. After shirts are printed - sort, organize, make sure we have the correct quantity and Mail Virtual Participant shirts.

Coordinate Volunteers High Priority

Periodically check to make sure that the bathrooms remain stocked with toilet paper and remain fairly clean, etc.

Booths/ Tables High Priority

Help organize the booths/tables of artisans, companies, etc. Direct them for parking, set up, etc.

Have 3 people to stand at each turn of the race to make sure that the runners and walkers go the correct route.

5K Run Water Medium Priority

You must be 10 or older to volunteer for this task.

Pass out water to the 5K Runners as they finish their race.

Kids Fun Run High Priority

Help gather the kids together for the race, pass out lanyards and gift cards at the end of the race.

Pick up Yard Signs High Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At the end of the walk take the 4 wheeler, go and pick up the yard signs and bring them back to the beginning.

Tear Down High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Help with moving the trailer tables and four wheeler/trailer. Tear down the start/finish line. Take everything down except the tent.
