Details

Course Marshalls will assist race participants and area residents with street closures before and during the race. Due to the race being held on closed city streets the event requires volunteers who can assist traffic that may need to safely cross the race route during the race. Volunteers will be provided a reflective vest and should be able to communicate with motorists and participants. Being a course marshall can be an enjoyable position as you'll get the best seat for watching all the participants as they pass by multiple times.

Location

Exact location will be assigned the evening of the event. All posts are within the downtown Tipp City area.

Beer Stop Volunteers High Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

There are a total of 3 stops on the Beer Run where participants will be served Moeller Brew Barn Beer. Volunteers will pour beer from kegs into cups at each beer stop. Volunteers are encouraged to be festive and have fun with beer serving. Beer servers must be at least 21 years old

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Assistance with participant packet pickup and registration is a volunteer position handling race day packet pickups and race day registrations. This will be completed under a tent in the downtown Tipp area. Basic ipad/iphone useage knowledge is necessary.
