Details

Registration & Check-In volunteer duties may include:
- Providing runners with their race packets (race number, t-shirt, race bag)
- Using RunSignup's easy-to-use mobile app to check in participants
- Answering basic race-related questions

This position may require some light lifting up to 30 lbs. Volunteers in this role will not be allowed to also participate in the event, as area clean-up duties extend beyond our start time.

All volunteers will receive a free entry to one of select future CRC-owned races.

Finish Line Area

Be the first to greet our finishers as they cross the finish line!

Finish line area volunteer duties may include:
- Medal distribution - unwrapping medals, organizing on tables, and rewarding runners for their accomplishments!
- Water and snack distribution - helping tired runners stay hydrated and fed after they finish
- Results assistance - helping the results team prepare quickly for post-race awards by utilizing tested back-up timing techniques. Good penmanship is a plus, and excellent focus and listening skills are key.

This position may require some light lifting up to 30 lbs.

All volunteers will receive a free entry to one of select future CRC-owned races.

Aid station #1 is located near the Boathouse at Confluence Park and would be great for groups!

Aid station volunteer duties may include:

-Filling water cups
-Cheering and encouraging runners
-Handing out water cups to passing runners
-Cleaning up and breaking down the area after the last runners passes by

This position may require some moderate lifting up to 40 lbs, and you will likely get a bit wet so wear old shoes and clothing that can take a little bit of water.

All volunteers will receive a free entry to one of select future CRC-owned races.

Aid station #2 is located just off of Grandview Ave near Woodlands Backyard on the Scioto Greenway Trail and would be great for groups!

Aid station volunteer duties may include:

-Filling water cups
-Cheering and encouraging runners
-Handing out water cups to passing runners
-Cleaning up and breaking down the area after the last runners passes by on the return trip

This position may require some moderate lifting up to 40 lbs, and you will likely get a bit wet so wear old shoes and clothing that can take a little bit of water.

All volunteers will receive a free entry to one of select future CRC-owned races.
