Details

All Volunteers will be required to report to Keystone Tent prior to shift for final assignment/updates

Approx. Time: 7am - 11am (approx)

• Direct the runners to follow the route.
• Watch for runners in distress or straying off course.
• Stay in your location until the very last participant has passed.
• You will be notified when you are free to go and return your vest to the Keystone Tent

Water Stations High Priority

All Volunteers will be required to report to Keystone Tent prior to shift for final assignment/updates

Approx. Time: 7am - 11am (approx)

• Put trash bags in trash cans (Leave extra bags in the bottom of the can)
• Utilize Igloo coolers to fill cups 2/3 full
• Fill table with cups
• Be ready to hand cups to runners as they go by. (Some will grab from the table)
• Fill cups as necessary, from the Igloo cooler.
• After the last runner, please clean up all cups, including ones that runners have thrown on the ground. Dump any open water and cooler. Place unused bags and cups into a clean bag.
• A vehicle will come through to pick up items from your location & let you know you are free to go.

Snack Station High Priority

• Assist with passing out snacks as participants cross the finish line.
• Break down station at the end of the event.
• Return leftover finisher bags to the Volunteer Tent.

Finish-line cheerers and floaters High Priority

Approx. Time: 7am - 11am

• Cheer on our participants as they cross the finish line & guide them towards snacks and vendor area.
• Keep the area as litter-free as possible.
• There may be a possibility you may be sent to another location to help where needed.
