Packet & Bib Pickup

The race day packet and bib pickup volunteer will be responsible for passing out race bibs, apparel that was ordered, and timing tags and straps. For the majority of our events we will be using the race day check in app that can be downloaded with Android or Apple here:

*When you open the app you will be able to do a simple search by typing in the race name. It will then prompt you for a password which will be included in the race email sent out by our volunteer coordinator the week of the event.

In general the packet pickup volunteer needs to arrive 75 minutes prior to the race start. In the event there are multiple races that start at various times, verify with the timeslot during this registration form when you need to arrive.

Please check the time slots for available aid station needs. An email from our volunteer coordinator (Bethany Lannon and/or Michael Busick) will be sent out the week of the race. All volunteers will receive a FREE race entry upon request from our race director.

Aid race director in setting up for the race, including packet pickup, timing equipment and start/finish line area. Some heavy lifting involved.
