Assist with race-day operations for the MCG White Coat Dash 5K, an annual event benefiting the MCG Student Run Clinics! Volunteers play a key role in creating a safe, organized, and encouraging experience for all participants. Responsibilities may include:

- Directing runners and walkers along the course
- Assisting at water stations and aid areas
- Cheering on participants and providing encouragement throughout the race
- Helping with runner check-in, registration, and packet distribution
- Supporting finish line operations and post-race activities
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown when needed

Time Commitment: 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM

A t-shirt and breakfast will be provided.

Help prepare the MCG White Coat Dash 5K before participants arrive by assisting with event setup and logistics!

Responsibilities may include:

- Setting up registration and check-in areas
- Assisting with race signage and directional markers
- Preparing water stations and volunteer areas
- Arranging tables, tents, chairs, and event materials
- Organizing participant packets, bibs, and giveaway items
- Assisting race staff with final event preparations

Time Commitment: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

A t-shirt and breakfast will be provided.

Race Clean Up

Help conclude the MCG White Coat Dash 5K by assisting with event breakdown and site clean-up!

Responsibilities may include:

- Taking down tents, tables, chairs, and event signage
- Collecting trash and recycling throughout the venue
- Assisting with the breakdown of water stations and finish-line areas
- Packing race supplies and equipment for storage
- Loading materials into designated vehicles or storage areas
- Ensuring the event site is returned to its original condition

Time Commitment: 8:00AM - 11:00AM

A t-shirt and refreshments will be provided.
