Please arrive by 8:30 am, sign the volunteer check-in sheet, and report to the RRRC Truck to get your assignments.

Arriving late may hinder the Race Directors ability to move forward with his other duties, so please do your best to be on time.

SUNDAY, March 3
Please arrive by 8:30 am, sign the volunteer check-in sheet & then meet at the RRRC Truck/Finish Line.

Work at the direction of the race director and timer. Assist with timing (manual and/or digital) and set-up/break-down of finish line equipment. Some lifting is required.

You also have a key role in cheering on our runners as they finish their race!

This assignment is outdoors. You need to be prepared for the weather on race day.

Details

SUNDAY, March 5
Arrive at 8:30 am, check-in with the volunteer coordinator, and receive your instructions.

You leave the race start with the last runner/walker and stay with or behind them for the duration of their race. It's your job to keep them on course and encouraged/supported as they complete their race.

This assignment is outdoors. You need to be prepared to run/walk the 3-mile course and be dressed for the weather on race day.

Post-Race Food & Water

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

SUNDAY, March 3
Please arrive by 8:45 am to assist with set-up & to sign the volunteer check-in sheet.

Duties include setting up/breaking down and distributing food to event participants upon completion of the race, and making sure that spectators are not partaking in the post race food.

This assignment is outdoors. You need to be prepared for the weather on race day.

Photographer

Responsible for using RRRC camera to capture photos at registration, start/finish and along the event course.

MUST WEAR A SAFETY VEST (provided by RRRC at check-in)!
