Course marshals are stationed at key locations along that course to warn athletes of hazards, direct athletes along the course, monitor for course and athlete safety, ensure fair competition, motivate the athletes, and manage non-race traffic at points where race course crosses another route.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Join us for the 35th Annual Independence Day 5K Run/Walk! This race supports the Y’s Annual Giving Campaign which provides financial assistance for summer camp, child care, swim lessons, health & wellness programs, youth activities and older adult activities, keeping our doors open to all.

This task is responsible for packing medals for mailing/ shipping after the race day.
