Registration Team

Volunteers will register participants using a phone or tablet, hand out race packets, t-shirts, and survivor beads, and help solve any registration questions or issues. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming start for everyone.

This role involves standing for extended periods, some lifting (boxes of materials), and interacting with participants of all ages. Great for those who enjoy being organized, tech-savvy, and part of the excitement at the start line.

Race Day Spirit Station

Help participants get into the race-day spirit! Volunteers will assist with applying temporary tattoos and colorful hair extensions, greet participants, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere before and after the race. You'll also help keep supplies organized and stocked so everyone can join in the fun.

Water Station & Course Monitors

Cheer Squad

Bring the energy from start to finish! Volunteers will help cheer on participants at the race start, encouraging runners and walkers as they take off, then move to the finish line to celebrate their accomplishments. You’ll create an uplifting, supportive atmosphere throughout the event.

This role involves standing and moving between locations, actively engaging with participants, clapping, cheering, and spreading positive energy. No heavy lifting—just enthusiasm and a big smile!

Floating/Roving Helpers

Be everywhere the action is! Floating/Roving Helpers are flexible, go-to volunteers who move throughout the event to support wherever help is needed. You may assist with course stations, water tables, registration questions, or any other area that needs extra hands, making sure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.

This role involves walking and moving frequently, lifting or carrying supplies as needed, and staying alert to solve problems on the fly. Perfect for volunteers who like variety and want to see all aspects of the event in action!

Clean-Up Crew
