hi. This is Chad and John, the race directors of the Anacortes Half Marathon and the Anacortes Santa Run. We love putting on these amazing events. We love to see you run!!!
So….What is “What the Heck”
It started with a 12.5 mile training run. That’s basically a half marathon. We decided to make some swag and do a Half Marathon since 12.5 is almost 13.1.
.The first year it’s was three of us. Second year 15. It was fun. Running with Friends.
So what the heck? Will you join us.
Run whatever half Marathon course you can think of!
Do you love swag as much as we do? You have the option of purchasing a What the Heck t-shirt. You’ll be the envy of all your friends.
Their is an option for pick up in Anacortes or have the shirt shipped to you.
We will be running the same course as the Anacortes Half Marathon. You’re welcome to join or pick your own 13.1 mile course.
