This fun, family friendly event is perfect for athletes of all levels. Runner, walker and family friendly. Gentle rolling course. Incredible support. Awesome medals for all finishers. All profits from your registration benefit your choice of charity partners.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION
We will be accepting walk up registrations on Saturday from 7:15-8:30am only. You'll find us near the greenhouses behind Kamiak High School. Look for the black timing tent. They will have the QR code to scan to register online or a paper registration form if you prefer. See you there!~

Covid 19
Please stay home if you have a fever (100.4), have chills, a persistent cough, sore throat or a runny nose or have a known exposure to someone who is currently sick.
Participants should arrive with their water bottle/pack prefilled and ready to go. There will be no hydration station on the 5k route and a single station at mile 4 of the 10k route with sealed 8 oz water bottles. Water will also be available via communal 5 gallon water dispensers at the Start/Finish line.
