Made from comfy cotton and designed with a groovy, hippie-inspired flair, these unisex tees are guaranteed for participants registered by noon on May 2nd. Get ready to groove through nature on the scenic Bugline Trail, the perfect backdrop for the Flower Power 5K! This paved, tree-lined trail winds through the heart of Waukesha County, offering a peaceful and picturesque route for runners and walkers alike. Picture yourself running or strolling beneath a canopy of trees!
Groove through nature on the scenic Bugline Trail, where the vibes are high and the trees provide a peaceful canopy. 🌿 Part of the course takes you through a grassy stretch, and there’s even a “small” hill at the finish line to keep things interesting—just the right spot for your final flower-powered push! 🌞💪

Walkers Welcome!
Bring your flower power energy, whether you're running or walking! 🌻 While the Walk Division is timed, it’s non-competitive and focuses on enjoying the trail. Walkers won’t receive age group awards, but everyone finishes with a custom woodle to commemorate the event. 🎉

🏆 Overall Awards
Let’s celebrate the fastest blooms on the trail! The top overall male and female runners in each distance will receive a stunning custom award handcrafted by our friends at Ridgeway Woodworks.
🥇 Age Group Awards
Shine in your age group! The top 3 male and female finishers in 5-year age groups (starting at 0-14) will take home a custom woodle to mark their achievement. Age groups continue in 5-year increments.
🎉 Finisher Woodles
Every participant receives a magnet woodle to commemorate their day of fun, fitness, and flower power magic!

A woodle is a handcrafted wooden keepsake, custom-made by Ridgeway Woodworks. Whether you place or simply finish the race, you’ll take home this unique, flower power-themed treasure! 🌼

Not everyone can finish first, but someone lands right in the middle—and we’re here to celebrate them! 🎉 The Average Joe & Jane Awards go to the male and female runners who finish smack dab in the middle of all registered participants. Because in the Flower Power 5K, every placement is worth celebrating! 🌸

Kiddos Run for Free!
Kids can join the flower power fun with the FREE Kiddo’s 1K (with a registered parent)! Here’s what they’ll get:
- A race bib 🌟
- A finisher medal 🏅
- And… one surprise that might not actually be true: a puppy, sugar straw, energy drink & kazoo! 😉
Important: Registration is required for kids to participate. Optional race shirts are available for purchase during registration if you’d like one for your little runner.
Race Day Packet Pickup & Schedule

Parking Information
Parking is available at the park—convenient and close to the start line!
Day of Registration
- Register early to secure your spot—it’s quick and can even be done from your phone!
- If you choose to register on race day, it must be done electronically; paper registration is unavailable.
Aid Stations & Restrooms
- One aid station is located along the course, which participants will pass twice. Please note: the station may be self-serve.
- Portolets are available at the start/finish line to keep you comfortable before and after the race.
Stay hydrated, enjoy the flower-lined course, and have fun! 🌷
Volunteer Opportunities
Spread good vibes and help make the event a success! Volunteers will:

How to Transfer, Defer, Change Shirt Size, or Change Distances
Follow these steps to make changes to your race registration:
- Go to RunSignUp.com and log in to your account.
- Select your Profile.
- Scroll down to the race you wish to modify.
- Click on "Manage Registration".
- Choose from the available options in the menu, including:
- Transfers (to another participant or race)
- Change Shirt Size
- Modify Team
- Change Distances
- Resend Confirmation/QR Code
- Deferrals
