• The course is paved, and distance options are a 5k race or 1 mile fun walk. It's ok to walk the 5K, but please be sure to walk on the right to allow runners to pass on your left. Electronic timing and scoring are available.

• The 5k is a chip timed event.

• Dogs must be registered to join the 5K run, 1 mile walk, or party. Please see below for dog rules.

• Children must be at least 15 years old to enter the off-leash areas. Children of all ages are allowed in the on-leash area and inside, where most of the post-race party activities will take place.

• The registration tables will open at 10am. All registered participants must be checked in and sign the race waiver prior to 10:45 am. Each registration includes 1 BOGO drink ticket and a swag bag.

• Cost for same day registration will be $45, pending availability. T-shirts and swag bags are not guaranteed for same day registrations.

• Children of any age are welcome to attend, but please ensure that they're accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Strollers, baby joggers, rollerblades, skates, skateboards, bikes, and scooters are not permitted.

Join us for a fun party with fellow dog lovers right after the run/walk. We'll have live music, puppies, beer, a raffle, fundraiser prizes, great food, and more!

We love your pups and want them to have a fun, safe event. Please read through these rules before registering your dog.

After registering for the race, you must also complete The Boneyard's waiver at this link (also included in your confirmation email).

Please note that the dog entry fee for the after party at The Boneyard is included in the cost of a dog registration. If you plan to attend the post-race party with a dog, but not registering a dog for the run or walk, you will need to pay the $10 entry fee per dog. Entry to The Boneyard is free for all people.

• Dogs must have a waiver on file. Complete it here.
• Dogs must be 4 months or older to attend.
• Dogs attending must be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof is not needed in advance, but owners must be able to show proof of vaccination if a situation arises.
• Females in heat will not be allowed at the event - we're in the rescue business, not the puppy-making business.
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless in the designated off-leash area.
• Six-foot leashes or shorter are required - no retractable leads or long lines.
• Dog to dog interactions should be kept at a minimum to reduce stress.
• Children must be at least 15 years old to enter the off-leash areas. Children of all ages are allowed in the on-leash area and inside.
• Fetch and The Boneyard reserve the right to ask anyone to remove their dog from the event, particularly those that display unwanted behaviors towards other dogs and humans.
• Owners are completely liable for the actions of their own dogs and must be in control of their dogs at all times.
• In the event your pup does not enjoy the event, please plan for alternative arrangements such as bringing a crate or letting them relax in the car (weather permitting).
