Get ready to lace up your running shoes 🏃♀️🧀 and celebrate your love for all things cheese at the Wisconsin Cheese Run, happening Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Muskego Park in Muskego, WI!
This fun-filled event has something for everyone—whether you're a seasoned runner, casual walker, or ready to take on the ruck challenge!
🧀 Event Options:
5K Cheese Run 🏃♂️ – Race through the scenic paths of Muskego Park and earn your post-run cheese!
5K Cheese Ruck 🎒 – Add some weight and test your strength in this fun twist on the 5K.
2 Mile Cheese Walk 🚶♀️ – A relaxed walk, perfect for families, friends, and cheese lovers of all levels.
Little Curd 1K 🧒 – A special dash just for the kiddos, complete with a cheesy finisher surprise!
Each participant will receive a free stick of cheese to celebrate their achievement.

Top Male & Female in Each Distance: The fastest male and female finishers in each race distance will receive a special handcrafted award by Ridgeway Woodworks.
🧀 Age Group Awards
Top 3 Male & Female in Each Age Group: Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in 5-year age groups starting at 0-14. These Woodles celebrate your effort and dedication.

🏃♀️ Course Directions
5K Participants:
You’ll complete one lap on the Yellow Course, followed by one lap on the Blue Course before crossing the finish line. 🟡🔵🏁
2 Mile Participants:
The 2 mile walk will follow a shortened version of the 5K course. No worries—the route will be well marked, with clear signs at every intersection to keep you on track. 🚶♀️➡️🪧
Whether you're racing or strolling, just follow the signs and enjoy the course! 🧀🎉
🧀 Get Your Finisher Cheese!
As a fun and tasty reward for completing the race, all finishers will receive a finisher cheese snack at the end of the course! It’s the perfect way to celebrate crossing the finish line in true Wisconsin style.

How to Transfer, Defer, Change Shirt Size, or Change Distances
Follow these steps to make changes to your race registration:
- Go to RunSignUp.com and log in to your account.
- Select your Profile.
- Scroll down to the race you wish to modify.
- Click on "Manage Registration".
- Choose from the available options in the menu, including:
- Transfers (to another participant or race)
- Change Shirt Size
- Modify Team
- Change Distances
- Resend Confirmation/QR Code
- Deferrals
