Join Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC and St. Joan of Arc for the 14th “Annual” Frostbite 5K ❄️—that’s right, it’s back and better than ever!
The course is flat, fast, and scenic, winding through the picturesque grounds of the Nashotah House Theological Seminary 🏞️. Whether you run, walk, or ruck, you’ll enjoy a beautiful winter course that’s perfect for all paces.
After you cross the finish line, warm up and refuel with a free lunch in the St. Joan of Arc Café 🍲—a tradition that makes this race as rewarding as it is fun.
T-Shirts
Race shirts are cotton unisex, and guaranteed for those registered by noon on February 13. After that, shirts will be available only while online supplies last. Don’t miss your chance to grab a custom race shirt—register early! 🎽👟 Choose from a short sleeve shirt or upgrade to a long sleeve.

Courses
Experience a winter route designed for everyone—flat, speedy, and surrounded by scenic views. The Frostbite 5K takes you through the historic and tree-lined grounds of the Nashotah House Theological Seminary, offering a smooth and inviting course for runners, walkers, and ruckers alike.
Please note that this is an open course.
Walkers Welcome!
Walkers are welcome to join any distance. Just select your desired distance when registering and check the course closure time to ensure you can finish before the course closes.
Although the Walk Division is timed, it’s not competitive, and there are no age group awards. However, walkers will still receive a finisher woodle! 🎉

Ruckers Welcome
What is rucking?
Rucking is a physical activity that involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack (called a rucksack). The term comes from the military, where soldiers train and operate carrying heavy loads over long distances. In civilian fitness and recreation, rucking is gaining popularity as a versatile and low-impact workout. We now offer it at all Wisconsin Trail Assail Events!

The top 3 male and female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom woodle. Age groups start at 0-14, then continue in 5-year increments. What's a woodle?

How to Transfer, Defer, Change Shirt Size, or Change Distances
Follow these steps to make changes to your race registration:
- Go to RunSignUp.com and log in to your account.
- Select your Profile.
- Scroll down to the race you wish to modify.
- Click on "Manage Registration".
- Choose from the available options in the menu, including:
- Transfers (to another participant or race)
- Change Shirt Size
- Modify Team
- Change Distances
- Resend Confirmation/QR Code
- Deferrals
