Get ready to kick off your Thanksgiving Day with a little exercise for a great cause! Join us for the Osseo Turkey Trot at Stoddard Park on Thanksgiving morning for a 2.5 or 5 mile loop trot. This fun-filled race is the perfect way to earn that extra slice of pie and connect with the community.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a fun family activity, this event is for you. All proceeds from the race will be donated directly to the Stoddard Park Rejuvenation Project, helping to revitalize our beloved park for everyone to enjoy.
Lace up your running shoes, bring your family and friends, and start a new Thanksgiving tradition with us. Together, we can make a difference and have a blast while doing it!


FAQs
Early bird gets the pie! All early-bird registrants (through 11/9/25) are guaranteed a mini-pumpkin pie when they cross the finish line. We'll have a limited number of extras, but they'll disappear fast.
No, children riding in a stroller, wagon, or carrier don't need to be registered. Just remember that only registered participants get a mini-pie. If your mini-trotter wants one, simply register them!
Yes, dogs are allowed! We ask that dogs be leashed & are well behaved around people, as there will be many! Don't forget your doggie bags.
Yes, you can register day of in the pavillion at Stoddard Park until 8:45am. Cash or Venmo only, no credit card processor on site.
The race starts and finishes in Stoddard Park, making for a convenient setup. The starting line is located between the pool and the pavilions, and the finish line is right in front of the pool, bringing you back very close to where you began.
Parking is at the Osseo Golf Club parking lot.
There will be a porta-potty on-site for use.
Forget the fuss—there’s no dress code and no annoying bibs to worry about! While you're welcome to come as you are, we absolutely LOVE a great costume or flashy outfit! Feel free to spice it up! Keep an eye out for a few festive "Turkeys" on the course, too. Selfies with them are highly encouraged!
